POLICY
We understand that rescheduling and cancellations happen. Most residential cleaning services require a 48-hour notice for cancellations and charge a high lockout fee if their technicians cannot gain access to your home.

Ever spent an hour waiting in a restaurant, only to realize that your date has stood you up? That’s what lockouts feel like to a home cleaning company. We’re cool about cancellations, but please don’t strand 2 vacuums, 4 buckets, 50 cleaning cloths, a broom and 2 cleaning professionals outside your door for 30 minutes, while we are trying to phone you.

People make mistakes, and we do our best to understand, but lockouts are: a) incredibly disruptive to our operations; b) demoralizing for cleaning professionals; and c) economically costly to our company.

When you skip or re-schedule a cleaning, your future cleaning dates remain the same as they are already set up in our system. For example: You’re a bi-weekly client and your next 2 cleaning dates are Wednesday, March 20th and April 3rd. You re-schedule your March 20th cleaning to Friday, March 22nd. Your next cleaning will still be on Wednesday, April 3rd.

We take before and after photos to document the results and to prevent future disputes. By using our services, You agree to before and after photos being taken.

FEES
Rescheduling 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning
We understand schedules change. We ask that you contact us no later than forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled cleaning to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to $60 fee.
Rescheduling 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning
Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to full rate. Unfortunately, we cannot give your spot to another client.

Lockout fee
If we cannot gain access to your home on the day of cleaning, you will be charged the full rate.
